    Let's start this out in the simplest way possible. Log signal strength to a sparkfun feed.

    Start with the example and modify to save and upload rssi to phant

    1. Scan networks
    2. read rssi for target network
    3. connect to known wifi
    4. upload rssi to data.sparkfun.com
