When the script completes, unhook the Bus Pirate, desolder the wires, clean up any flux, and stuff the receiver board back in its case. Wait until later to glue the cap on, in case the firmware update fails.

Run the Crazyradio flash tool. The receiver should show up as a Crazyradio already in DFU. Flash the latest Crazyradio (NOT Crazyradio PA) firmware. Unplug/replug the receiver.

The receiver should now show up in cfclient.

Note that the serial number (iSerial USB descriptor field) will match the CHIPID printed during the flash process.
