Tough Quadrocopter for Aerial Video

I'm now in a different country than the drone, but, I should have it in my hands again in the next week or so...

It has flown well, and captured many intense explosions... and had some good crashes.   I'll post some video here, and I intend to modernize the drone once I have it back in my hands. 

The GPS and FPV on screen display module are installed now. Wiring the OSD was much less difficult then I first thought it might be. The compass IC on the GPS module had to have some solder joints fixed... I guess that's what you get when yo pay $50 for one. One of the pins was obviously not making good contact on visual inspection, and there was a solder splash grounding out another pin. I'll update with some more details of that later.

After waiting about two months, the gps has arrived. But it doesn't seem to be working. The next step will be to figure out why. I suspect I'll need a replacement.
