Step 1

Two wooden spring pegs, spit up the pegs for the four wedge shaped pieces of wood, the springs are not needed.
Jam these piece of wood at a spaced distances in to the top gap of the shower track.
This will make the top gap in the shower track, a small amount, wider and therefor make the bottom gap with the sliding hooks in narrower and stop these coming out..
