Super low cost VGA output for the Pi Zero

Foundation vga overlay changed (both file contents and name), so I changed my overlay accordingly. I also gave it a new name, to avoid confusion with the original. dt-blob.bin is also no longer needed.

Instructions have been changed to match.

Changed assembly method: It should be easier now. Also, since hot glue isn't used any more solder joints should be more reliable.
