Testing Results 20200116
01/17/2020 at 01:08 • 0 commentsI am running into issues and running out of time. I am running into a problem with the LPC804 and the deadline for getting boards manufactured is approaching. The processor at the heart of this version of the project will be my familiar PIC18F45K20.
I am unable to interface with my LPC804 with my J-link-2 debugger. The problem also occurs on my dev board which means that I did something to either the programmer or my workspace, and I am having issues narrowing it down any further. Moral of the story is do not try and develop on an 8 year old laptop that is held together with stickers and duct tape.

PCBWay Boards Arrived and Undergoing Test
01/12/2020 at 04:10 • 0 commentsI received the board on Thursday night and proceed to do some basic testing. I ran into problems with some part sizing on the 10 pin header of the cap touch board. Next on the to-do list is to take the demo code from NXP and correct the pins in hardware. Fingers-crossed that I got the cap touch design correct.
