It is switchable in the settings. (Currently there are lists for Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California.)
The ability to show GMRS repeaters is now available for all - Desktop, Android and iOS!

RepeaterSTART now has a setting to enable a button to easily share a 2m repeater to the kv4p app for quick and easy repeater presets:

Repeater-START​ now available for Windows

This new build was uploaded to sourceforge last week, and works like the Linux version, but without the locate-me button (No Geoclue build on Windows?)
The source code is on the Windows branch in Github.
