Test results after 40min. Upper screen is the electronic load set to 100W, the lower screen belongs to the power supply. The output of the converter was set to 24V, the difference (1.6V) is loss in the cables.

Crude schematic. I mostly cared about the power stage and that should be correct, but there are some errors in the feedback section (idc). Designators match those on the PCB, passives around the IC are arranged to mimic the PCB as well.
