ESP32 Powered Smart Plant Monitor

In order to be able to easily distinguish between multiple devices i have added support to give each one a "Friendly Name".

This will be used in Home Assistant instead of the hostname

This project was optimized so that even a tiny 500mAh battery would last for more than 2 weeks while sending updates over WIFI every 30 min!

With this simple add-on module the battery will slowly recharge over time while maintaining the entire project small and compact
