ESP Everywhere - Kickstarter Make/100 Project

Decided to create a small breakout board(+ 6" connector cable) for the ESP Everywhere, and ship it for a small addition cost in the kickstarter. It will save you from having to do another separate order.

It has already been added to the Kickstarter and to the GitHub repo. The board will come with the surface mount connector soldered on, but your choice to add the 0.1" headers.

Also its now 8-pin instead of 6-pin due to adding 3.3V and GND!
