Core64 and Neon Pixels Controlled with 65uino

This project is pausing through the end of 2025 because I am sending in the Core64+Neon Pixels demo to be displayed:

The next phase of the project is to build the big-banging required to drive the Serial Shift Registers. That should relatively straightforward since it's not much different than the code to drive the Neon Pixels.

Finally got what is in ROM to show up correctly on the Neon Pixels!!!

Need to troubleshoot why the second push of the same data is shifted right by one pixel. I think the bit twiddles might be off by a bit, or a byte.
