1Upload the Firmware:
First, upload the firmware to the ESP32 S3. Ensure that the necessary code is correctly programmed for your project to work as intended.
-
2Assemble the Encoder on the PCB:
Next, solder the encoder onto the PCB, along with the required resistors and capacitors. Make sure each component is securely placed according to the circuit diagram.
-
3Print the 3D Printed Base Console:
Print the 3D-printed base console. Once printed, press the copper nuts into place on the console.
-
4Install the Components:
Afterward, install the components on the base console, ensuring that all connections are secure.
-
5Print the Front and Back Panels:
Print the front and back panels for the project. Once printed, proceed to install the necessary components into these panels, similar to how you did with the base console.
-
6Prepare the Cables:
Prepare the necessary cables by crimping or soldering them as needed. Follow the wiring diagram closely to ensure proper connections for each component.
-
7Assemble the Side Panels and Cover:
Once the cables are connected, snap the side panels and cover together. Press the copper nuts into place to secure the panels.
-
8Final Assembly:
Finally, assemble the completed housing onto the project, ensuring everything is properly secured. The build is now complete!
