Connect power supply ATX cable to ATX breakout board

Connect a terminal block on the ATX breakout board with 2 wires to the buck module IN terminal block

Connect a terminal block on the ATX breakout board with 2 wires to the boost module IN terminal block

Connect 2 wires from the boost module OUT terminal block to your project that needs > 12v power (13v or higher recommended)

Connect 2 wires from the buck module OUT terminal block to your project that needs < 12v power (11v or lower recommended)

Connect 2 wires from the ATX breakout board to your project that needs exactly 12v power
