Inspired by an Elektor article I made my own grid frequency meter showing frequency variations between 49.8 and 50.2 Hz (or whatever you define); all in my github repository on gebhardm/energyhacks.
The Fluksometer (see https://www.flukso.net/) is a community energy meter that comes with current clamp and pulse port input; to use more than three current clamps to measure power, I made a little converter interfacing clamps to a pulse port.
