The Soviet MRN-14 connectors were great, but are obsolete today. The use of DIN41612 will require a slight modification to the chassis. However, it is not important if you build your own tape recorder from scratch.
The level indicator repeats Leoniv's design (link below) but is implemented in Altium. I plan to remove everything unnecessary from the board. One of the devices to be removed is a parallel port, which is designed to read the state of the tape recorder and display on the indicator. In my case, the control will be carried out exclusively through R485.
