Have you had experience with Pins '6' and '14' via the OBD2 Port on this car? I'm having difficultly reading mine, but I managed to read '12'+'13' which correspond to the CAN messages in your project.
Hello,
I've never try to tinker with the 6 & 14 pins.
Interesting for the 12+13 pins, I thought that the can bus for the display was only wired to the car radio. Did you have some capture of the messages or a wiring diagram for the car?
I'm still at the early stages, I was able to see a lot of the CAN ID's you mention in your project via pins '12'+'13' on the OBD2 Port (see here http://pinoutguide.com/CarElectronics/renault_obd2_diag_pinout.shtml) #
I just thought pins '6' and '14' was just a standard vehicle CAN (I had no idea what to expect on that CAN bus), but unfortunately I can't see anything on that Bus.
Strange, I would have thought that the can pins should be 6 & 14, as you said.
I thought that there are 2 CAN Bus' through the OBD2 Port (12+13 and 6+14) but I can't seem to get any CAN data from '6'+'14'. Great project by the way!
